Description of the clinic
Andrology Solutions is a dedicated male fertility clinic established in 2007 and licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (Centre No. 0293) for processing and storage of sperm, and intrauterine insemination with either partner or donor sperm. The clinic offers comprehensive diagnostic testing for male fertility including semen analysis, sperm DNA damage and genetic screening, oxidative stress testing, infection screening, testicular ultrasound scanning, hormone profiles, and well man screening. Treatment services include intrauterine insemination (IUI), sperm retrieval procedures (retrograde ejaculation management, penile vibratory stimulation, electroejaculation, and testicular sperm retrieval), sperm donation, sperm storage/cryobanking, nutrition counselling, and psychological counselling. The clinic operates in collaboration with The Doctors Laboratory (UKAS accredited) for diagnostic testing and provides referrals to specialist urologists for surgical interventions. Sperm handling is performed in a Class II Safety cabinet with Grade A air quality, with radio-controlled liquid nitrogen alarm monitoring for storage safety.
