Ján is CEO and founder of Medical Navigator. A software engineer by training, he previously built Casino Guru into one of the largest consumer comparison platforms in its industry – focused on accurate information and user protection over monetization. He also co-founded Simona Biosystems, a research team focused on biomolecular simulations, and Insynaps, an AI consulting company.

Tomáš Kasala helps shape Medical Navigator operations so patients receive clear, practical support when comparing healthcare options.Tomáš is a dietitian by training. He has spent years educating people on the prevention of chronic diseases, worked alongside physicians at obesitology and sports medicine clinics in Bratislava, and contributed to telemedicine projects focused on early detection of lifestyle-related diseases. At Medical Navigator, he oversees day-to-day operations and coordinates between the content, research, and coordination teams.

Ján spent over five years leading business development in AI-driven drug discovery, building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies across Europe. He continues to work in the life sciences sector in addition to his role at Medical Navigator, where he leads business development and clinic partnerships.

Juraj has over ten years of experience in audiovisual production, including graphic design, video, and music. He has managed multiple projects in the IT and creative industries. He studied film directing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, holds a Master of Science in Project Management and an MBA in Executive Leadership, and has completed additional training in medical writing. Outside of work, he pursues fine art and plays multiple instruments. At Medical Navigator, he creates and coordinates educational content.

Peter is a board-certified neurologist with over two decades of experience in clinical medicine and neuroscience research. He holds a PhD in neuroimmunology from the Slovak Academy of Sciences and currently practices at the Department of Neurology at University Hospital – Hospital of St. Michael in Bratislava. Between 2013 and 2022, he served as Medical Advisor at AXON Neuroscience, contributing to Phase I–III clinical trials in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and stroke. At Medical Navigator, he oversees clinical accuracy across the platform's health content

Svitlana has spent nearly eight years coordinating patients in medical tourism, first at Bookimed, where she handled over 5,000 patient inquiries, and later as a team leader at Clinics on Call. She started her career as a physical therapist in Kyiv and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Palacký University in Olomouc. She speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech. At Medical Navigator, she leads the patient coordination team, guiding patients through the full treatment process and training new coordinators.

Ingemārs is a senior embryologist at one of the leading IVF clinics in the Baltics, with over five years of experience in reproductive medicine, during which he has performed more than 3,000 ART procedures and over 2,500 andrology preparations and analyses. He has participated in international training and exchange programs in Spain and Belgium, and holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Neuroscience, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, which he completed with highest honors. At Medical Navigator, he advises on fertility-related content and clinic evaluation.
