1. “What if I change my mind after we start?”

You can stop at any point. There's no contract, no obligation, and no penalty. If you decide this isn't right for you, at any stage, you can walk away.

2. “What happens on the first call?”

It's a conversation, not a consultation. Your coordinator will ask about your situation, what you've already tried, and your preferences, and then walk you through what we can do for you. Most calls take around 15–30 minutes.

3. “What if I don't know if I'm ready to start?”

You don't need to have everything figured out. Some people reach out while they're still weighing their options. Some have already visited a clinic and want a second perspective. Wherever you are in this journey, a conversation is a good place to start.

4. “Do I need to have any tests or documents ready?”

Not for the first conversation. Just tell us what you know. If we need medical records later, we'll tell you exactly what to send and help you get it sorted.

5. “How long does choosing a clinic take?”

Most people hear back with clinic recommendations within a few days of their call. From there, it depends on how quickly you want to move and how quickly the clinics respond.

6. “Does your funding affect your recommendations?”

As mentioned, we are paid by the clinics. But our fee is the same regardless of which clinic you choose, so we have no reason to push one over another. We work with a wide network specifically so we're never limited to a few partners. And if we think the best clinic for you isn't in our network, we will tell you and help you anyways.

7. “Who will see my medical information?”

Only your coordinator and, if needed, the specialist reviewing your case. We don't share your information with clinics until you give us permission. And we never use it for anything other than helping you find the right care.

8. “Will you push me toward a specific clinic?”

No. We'll explain why we recommended what we recommended. We'll answer every question. But we don't push, and we don't rush. The decision is always yours.

9. “What if I've already been in touch with a clinic?”

Good. Then you already have something to compare. We can help you see if it's the right fit, or show you how it stacks up against other options for your case.

10. “Can you help if I'm looking at clinics abroad?”

That's what most people come to us for. We work with clinics across Europe and our coordinators handle everything from appointment scheduling to flights, accommodation, and visa paperwork.
