Description of the clinic
Avantmèdic is a multi-specialty medical facility in Lleida, Spain, with a dedicated Área de Reproducción Asistida (ARA) offering assisted reproduction services. The fertility department provides IVF with own gametes, IVF with donor eggs, IVF with donor sperm, artificial insemination (IAC and IAD), ICSI, ROPA method, embryo cryopreservation, and related diagnostic studies. The ARA is directed by Dr. Joan Carrera Rotllan and includes on-site embryology laboratory with time-lapse incubators. The facility also offers fertility assessment studies, genetic testing (including preimplantation genetic diagnosis), endometrial receptivity testing, and psychological support for assisted reproduction patients. Obstetric follow-up is available through delivery. The center was established in 2007 and expanded with a surgical facility (AQUAH) in 2020.
