Description of the clinic
BCRM Cardiff is a satellite clinic of Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine located at Infiniti Healthcare, Cardiff Gate. The clinic provides expert fertility assessment, advice, and consultations carried out by BCRM fertility consultants including Mr Valentine Akande (Lead Consultant and Medical Director). Initial blood tests and semen analysis are arranged at the time of consultation and undertaken at BCRM Bristol. Patients progressing to treatment attend BCRM's main clinic at Aztec West in Bristol for egg collection and embryo transfer. The clinic offers assisted reproductive technologies including IVF, ICSI, IUI using partner or donor sperm, and egg donation. BCRM was established in 1983 and operates as an independent clinic since 2018. The main Bristol facility moved to a purpose-built state-of-the-art centre at 135 Aztec West in 2021.
