Bourn Hall Clinic Cambridge is a specialist IVF and fertility clinic located in Bourn, 10 miles west of Cambridge. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of assisted reproduction services including IVF, ICSI, IUI, frozen embryo transfer, ovulation induction, PGT-A, treatments using donors, surrogacy, and complementary therapies (nutrition and acupuncture). The clinic accepts both private and NHS patients. It is housed in a Jacobean manor house set in 22 acres of private parkland. The clinic was established in 1980 by IVF pioneers Patrick Steptoe and Bob Edwards, who created the world's first IVF clinic at this location. The clinic has contributed to the birth of approximately 25,000 babies through assisted reproduction. Specialist services include a dedicated donor team, miscarriage clinic, and endometriosis clinic. The clinic provides fertility testing, counselling, and nutritional support as part of patient care.
