Description of the clinic
Girexx is a fertility and assisted reproduction clinic with over 20 years of experience, operating three locations in Barcelona, Girona, and Mataró, Spain. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of assisted reproduction treatments including artificial insemination (IAD, IAC), in vitro fertilization (IVF with partner sperm, donor sperm, and ROPA method), fertility preservation (oocyte vitrification and sperm freezing), egg donation, embryo donation, and complementary techniques such as Embryoscope, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), PRP regeneration, and genetic matching. The clinic operates its own laboratory equipped with advanced technology including time-lapse embryo culture systems and laser-assisted embryo biopsy. Services are offered in multiple languages and include emotional support specialists and international patient coordination.
