Description of the clinic
The Edinburgh Fertility Centre is an NHS fertility clinic based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, a university teaching hospital. The Assisted Conception Unit has been providing fertility care for over 30 years. The centre offers a comprehensive range of fertility investigations and treatments for both NHS-funded and self-funded patients. Services include IVF, ICSI, IUI, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), surgical sperm retrieval, egg and sperm freezing, embryo freezing, fertility preservation, counselling, and diagnostic semen analysis. The centre also provides egg and sperm donation services. Treatment is tailored to individual patient needs.
