Description of the clinic
Hull & East Riding Fertility is a specialist fertility clinic established in 1986, previously known as The Hull IVF Unit. It is East Yorkshire's only registered clinic providing specialist infertility investigations and treatment. The clinic offers IVF, ICSI, IUI, embryo freezing, frozen embryo transfer, semen analysis, sperm extraction (PESA/TESA/mTESE), egg and sperm freezing, fertility preservation, diagnostic hysteroscopy, and counselling services. The clinic welcomes both private and NHS-funded patients with no waiting lists. It operates a satellite clinic in York in partnership with Yorkshire Sports Medicine. The clinic has an active research programme in collaboration with the University of Hull and Hull-York Medical School, focusing on embryo viability, insulin and endocrine disruptors' effects on reproductive health, and ectopic pregnancy mechanisms post-IVF.
