Description of the clinic
KrakOvi (Małopolski Instytut Diagnostyki i Leczenia Niepłodności) is a fertility clinic offering comprehensive assisted reproduction services. The clinic provides in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), intrauterine insemination (IUI), ovulation stimulation, diagnostic procedures including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, and male factor evaluation. The clinic offers specialized treatments for low ovarian reserve, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and recurrent miscarriages. Notable services include In Vitro Activation (IVA) for primary ovarian insufficiency, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for ovarian activation, microTESE for azoospermia, egg donation programs, embryo adoption, sperm banking, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A and PGT-M). The clinic operates an on-site embryology laboratory and andrology laboratory. KrakOvi is the first European facility to join an international group developing IVA methodology and collaborates with Instituto Bernabeu in Spain. The clinic participates in Poland's government-funded IVF program (2024-2028) and offers oncofertility services through a dedicated fertility preservation hotline.
