Description of the clinic
Polmedis is a fertility treatment center in Wrocław established in 1998 specializing in assisted reproduction and IVF. The clinic offers in vitro fertilization (IVF) services since 2002, including classical IVF, ICSI, IMSI, and additional procedures such as assisted hatching, embryo culture media (Embryogen), and immunological support (Intralipid, Atosiban). The center provides diagnostic services including semen analysis, ovulation assessment, fallopian tube patency testing (HSG), and hysteroscopy. Treatment options include pharmacological therapy for hormonal disorders, surgical interventions (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and fertility preservation procedures (egg and sperm freezing). The clinic operates a cryopreservation bank for embryos and gametes. Psychological support is available. The clinic participates in the Polish national IVF funding program for couples meeting specific criteria.
