Description of the clinic
SANUS Centrum asistované reprodukce (CAR) Hradec Králové is a fertility clinic providing assisted reproduction services since 1995. It was established as one of the first private infertility treatment facilities in the Czech Republic. The clinic offers comprehensive fertility care including IVF with own eggs, IVF with donor eggs, IVF with donor sperm, intrauterine insemination (IUI), native cycle IVF, minimal stimulation IVF, frozen embryo transfer, and social freezing. Diagnostic services include spermiogram analysis, hormonal profiling, transvaginal ultrasound, hysterosalpingography, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, genetic testing, and immunological testing. Laboratory methods include ICSI, extended embryo culture, time-lapse monitoring, embryo vitrification, PICSI, MACS, assisted hatching, sperm DNA fragmentation testing, and MESA/TESE. The clinic provides medical genetics and prenatal diagnostics services. Treatment is covered by health insurance according to Czech legislation for eligible patients.
