Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital is a multi-specialty teaching hospital established in 2001 and opened in 2009. The facility operates 22 operating rooms and 963 beds across 130,000 m² of enclosed space. The hospital provides comprehensive medical services across numerous departments including obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology, neurology, and general surgery. The hospital operates a Pregnant School (Gebe Okulu) offering free prenatal education programs for expectant parents starting from the 20th week of pregnancy, covering topics such as labor preparation, pain management, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. The facility also operates a Lactation and Relactation Unit for ongoing breastfeeding support. The hospital has implemented Da Vinci robotic surgery systems for minimally invasive procedures in general surgery, urology, gynecology, and cardiac surgery.
