Description of the clinic
ÚPMD is a multi-specialty hospital in Prague focused on maternal and child care, with a dedicated Centre for Assisted Reproduction (IVF) established in 2005. The IVF centre provides comprehensive diagnostics and treatment of infertility, including conservative treatments (hormonal therapy, timed intercourse, insemination) and assisted reproduction methods (IVF, ICSI, PICSI, assisted hatching, extended culture, embryo development monitoring, preimplantation genetic diagnostics). The facility offers integrated care under one roof, including specialized consultations with immunologists, geneticists, endocrinologists, sexologists, and psychologists. Patients who become pregnant can continue care through delivery at the facility with support from obstetricians and neonatologists.
