About me
Received Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (2002). Completed Masters in Medical Science in Assisted Reproduction Technologies from University of Nottingham, UK after earning scholarship from Onassis Foundation. Thesis studied effects of assisted hatching on developmental potential and gene expression of mouse embryos. Worked at Transgenic Technology Lab of Hellenic Pasteur Institute developing and implementing cryopreservation methods for mouse embryos. Recruited as embryologist at Genesis Athens Center (2007) where trained in all assisting reproduction techniques. Part of embryologist team for 14 years with experience in more than 40,000 cycles of assisted reproduction. ESHRE certified Senior Clinical Embryologist since 2013. Attended many workshops and conferences in Assisted Reproduction. Active member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
