About me
Associate Professor Andreas Kavallaris is an Obstetrician-Gynaecologist Surgeon Oncologist with specialization in Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgery (Minimal Invasive Gynaecological Surgery), Gynaecological Oncology/Multivisceral Surgery, Oncoplastic Surgery, Breast Surgery/Mastology, Endometriosis and Pelvic Floor Surgery. He studied medicine at Friedrich-Schiller University, Jena (1994-2000) and completed his PhD (2000-2003) and specialty training (2001-2006) there. He was previously Director of the Department of Laparoscopic Surgery and Gynaecological Oncology at University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein, Lübeck.
