Born in Istanbul in 1958. Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. Pursuing doctoral studies in Business Administration and Management at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. Expertise in health management, hospital administration, health policies, health systems and organizational structures, and management of public and private health institutions. Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Stetoskop Journal. Member of Istanbul Medical Chamber and related health professional organizations. Holds certificates in occupational medicine and expert witness training.
