About me
Carole is a Consultant Gynaecologist and renowned expert in fertility and reproductive medicine. She is a leading advocate for inclusive, patient-centric fertility care in the UK dedicated to ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, health, or financial status, have equal access to fertility services. In 1999 she developed the UK's first fertility program for HIV-infected patients. She is an entrepreneur and innovator who has built a robust model of independent NHS and private IVF healthcare at the Agora based on strong leadership and values ethos. Beyond the clinic, Carole is a highly respected researcher and lecturer, sharing her expertise in reproductive medicine and clinical leadership nationally and internationally. In 2024 she was awarded CEO of the Year at the Sussex Business Awards.
