Dr Kamal Ahuja is scientific and managing director of the London Sperm Bank. Dr Ahuja has been at the helm of LSB since its opening in 2010, leading the UK's leading sperm bank with nearly 2000 men registered to donate sperm and leading to the creation of thousands of families. His aim is to provide safe UK-sourced sperm which is readily traceable, accessible and available. Throughout his career Dr Ahuja has emphasised the role of altruism in third-party reproductive medicine and championed affordability and consumer choice for patients.
