Licenciada and Doctora in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Santiago de Compostela with extraordinary doctorate award. Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Human Reproduction. Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Santiago de Compostela. Master's degree in Human Reproduction. Member of the Endocrinology Group (GIER) of the Spanish Society of Fertility (SEF) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). Has participated in various research projects and belongs to the Genomics Research Group at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Founded Zygos in 2000, positioning it as Spain's only centre offering all assisted reproduction treatments including the novel GnRH pulsatile technique.
