Born in Gaziantep in 1972. Completed education at Gaziantep Kolej Foundation Primary School, Gaziantep Anatolian High School, and Houston Tomball High School. Holds degrees in Medicine, Health Institution Management, Business Administration, and International Relations. Advanced English proficiency. Extensive career in health administration including roles at SSK Izmit Regional Hospital (2001-2005), Izmit Seka State Hospital (2005-2011), Gaziantep Provincial Health Directorate (2011-2012), Gaziantep Public Health Directorate (2012-2016), and various positions in health services management (2016-2025). Appointed as Deputy Chief Physician in October 2025.
