Biology graduate with specialization in Human Reproduction and Embryology. Over 27 years continuous experience directing and operating IVF laboratories with active presence in assisted reproduction field. Member of ESHRE and member/former member of Administrative Board of Panhellenic Union of Clinical Embryologists. ESHRE certified Senior Clinical Embryologist with particular interest in quality control and quality assurance of IVF laboratories and cryopreservation banks. Scientific interests focus on in vitro fertilization, microinjection (ICSI), morphology study of human gametes and embryos in relation to developmental capacity and chromosomal composition (PGT), and embryo and oocyte cryopreservation. Extensive experience as clinical embryologist, health educator and fertility counselor. Contributed to publications in international scientific journals and participated in numerous scientific conferences and practical workshops in Greece and abroad.
