About me

Victoria is the Director of Embryology at the Agora, leading a highly skilled embryology team and ensuring latest science-led innovations and research are integrated into clinical laboratory practice. She began her embryology career in 2001 and gained extensive experience working in London clinics, including the Lister Fertility Clinic, before joining the Agora in 2022. With over 25 years in the field, Victoria has consistently demonstrated commitment to advancing embryology and enhancing patient experiences. A passionate and supportive leader, she nurtures her team while actively contributing to training of emerging embryologists. She played a key role in developing the laboratory at Agora Eastbourne and is widely recognised for her calmness and patience.
