Anna spent ten years as a general surgeon at one of the largest hospitals in Kharkiv, Ukraine – from emergency and trauma cases to planned operations. In 2022 she moved into international patient coordination, where she has handled more than 2,000 patient requests, reviewing medical records and working directly with clinics around the world.
