Ingemārs is a senior embryologist at one of the leading IVF clinics in the Baltics, with over five years of experience in reproductive medicine, during which he has performed more than 3,000 ART procedures and over 2,500 andrology preparations and analyses. 

He has participated in international training and exchange programs in Spain and Belgium, and holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Neuroscience, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, which he completed with highest honors.
