Svitlana has spent nearly eight years coordinating patients in medical tourism, first at Bookimed, where she handled over 5,000 patient inquiries, and later as a team leader at Clinics on Call. She started her career as a physical therapist in Kyiv and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Palacký University in Olomouc. 

She speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech. At Medical Navigator, she leads the patient coordination team, guiding patients through the full treatment process and training new coordinators.
