Svitlana Popkova, Head of patient coordination

Your coordinator:

Svitlana Popkova

Head of patient coordination

Svitlana started her career as an orthopedic physiotherapist before moving to the side she found patients needed most help with: navigating care itself. Over 9 years in cross-border healthcare coordination, she has guided thousands of patients - reviewing their medical documentation, matching them with the right clinics and specialists, and staying with them from the first inquiry to the trip back home. She has seen how clinics work from the inside, and she recently completed a Master’s degree in Public Health at Palacký University. She speaks English, Ukrainian, Czech, and Russian - so your call happens in whichever is easiest for you.
